    The Story behind the Newsletter Cover

    This month's newsletter is dedicated to the memory of Chuck Costello. The cover was designed by Matt Lee. The picture, taken while serving in the Navy, was provided by his wife Mary. The words are his. They were among the papers Mary found in his desk after 9/11 and I thank her for sharing them with us.
